Just wanted to drop you a quick note to give you a bit of feedback since starting the Auto Immune support group back in September. Not only am I seeing a massive improvement in my physical and mental symptoms related to cancer, fatigue and overall wellbeing, but I think that the community you have built is just as important, if not more so the actual sauna experience!
We are a group that have been thrown together due to various long term illnesses and conditions, and the fact you have created such a caring and supportive space, with friendships being made OUTSIDE the session is nothing short of wonderful! I know from talking to the others that we all feel this is our “safe space” where we are not judged but supported in love and friendship. It’s a beautiful thing and I just wanted to let you know how much we all love and appreciate what you do for us! Such a wonderful location as well and I hope the community continues to grow and flourish!.
